Synergy Sourcing accepts returns, so you can shop with confidence!

Goods must be returned within 14 days of ordering & must be in the original condition with tags attached & bags intact.

We will not accept returns where goods are not packed in their original packaging as we cannot resell.

Goods not in their original packaging will be returned at the customers expense.

We advise customers to return using a tracked service as we are not responsible for returned parcels that go missing.

We are happy to refund or exchange orders when in stock.

In the event of a faulty or incorrect item being sent out we will immediately get the correct item sent out to you and cover the return postage costs.

All orders are shipped using tracked & signed for services to avoid problematic situations occurring.
